Curry Coconut Aioli
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
3/4 cups coconut cream, (from a can)
1/2 cup avocado mayoonnaise
1 T hot sauce (Seoul kimchi hot sauce)
1/2 T Vata Churna spice
1 tsp red curry paste
1 T fish sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Here’s How:
Using an immersion blender or food processor and puree cottage cheese.
Slowly add rest of ingredients and blend until creamy.
Serve with veggies, crackers, use as topping on salmon or meat.
