Sunflower Butter Caramel Corn

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup popcorn (popped however you want-air popper, pot on stove, whirly pop)

  • 1/4 cup ghee, coconut oil, avocado oil

  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup sunflower butter

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Here’s How:

  1. Preheat oven to 250.

  2. Pop the corn. Sprinkle with salt. Place in a mixing bowl.

  3. Mix rest of ingredients in a small pot and bring to simmer.

  4. Drizzle over popcorn and mix well.

  5. Pour mixture on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet, spread and bake for 20 minutes.

  6. turn oven off and let cool in oven.

  7. Enjoy!
