Sunflower Butter Caramel Corn
Ingredients:
1/2 cup popcorn (popped however you want-air popper, pot on stove, whirly pop)
1/4 cup ghee, coconut oil, avocado oil
1/4 cup real maple syrup
1/4 cup sunflower butter
1/4 tsp sea salt
Here’s How:
Preheat oven to 250.
Pop the corn. Sprinkle with salt. Place in a mixing bowl.
Mix rest of ingredients in a small pot and bring to simmer.
Drizzle over popcorn and mix well.
Pour mixture on a piece of parchment paper on a cookie sheet, spread and bake for 20 minutes.
turn oven off and let cool in oven.
