Greek Style Herb Rub for Chicken, Pork, Beef or Tofu and Tempeh
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp garlic granules
2 tsp basil
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp marjoram
1 tsp arrowroot
1/2 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp freshly ground nutmeg

Place all ingredients in a jar and stir. This will yield about 1/3 cup which can serve 8. See recipe for marinade to start with, then rub herbs on and let sit for up to 8 hours before baking or grilling.
