Charosis for Passover, Apricot Pistachio

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup minced apricots

  • 1 cup toasted and chopped pistachios

  • 1/3 cup sweet white wine or pear liquor

  • 1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 8-10 saffron threads, chopped

  • 1 T freshly chopped mint

Here’s How:

  1. Using a food processor, mince dried fruit. Set aside

  2. Chop pistachios being careful not to make them too small.

  3. Mix fruit and nut ingredients and add the rest and chill.
