Charosis for Passover, Apricot Pistachio
Ingredients:
1 cup minced apricots
1 cup toasted and chopped pistachios
1/3 cup sweet white wine or pear liquor
1 T freshly squeezed lemon juice
8-10 saffron threads, chopped
1 T freshly chopped mint
Here’s How:
Using a food processor, mince dried fruit. Set aside
Chop pistachios being careful not to make them too small.
Mix fruit and nut ingredients and add the rest and chill.
