Paleo Bowl

Here’s an example of an easy dinner that is chock full of veggies, healthy fats, and protein. I just roasted some broccoli and Brussel sprouts, sliced some avocado, roasted some marinated tofu cubes, and reheat some leftover carrot/burdock saute with a bit of chopped lacinato kale.

Serve with a Peanut Sauce or sauce of your choice
